Due to the large volume of the devices we receive, we do not have the time to fully test each device. Just because some of the functions on the devices were not tested does not mean that they do not work. We are an honest company that describes our products to the best of our ability. Carrier: We believe some are Bluegrass Cellular phones (we do not know the carrier of all these phones). These phones are CDMA , they are not GSM. ESN Status: Most of the phones have clean ESN numbers. Most of the phones power on with a good LCD (some may cracked digitizers), a clean ESN number, and a good charger port (we have not tested the phones further and we do not know if the phones have any issues). Whats Included: Nearly all of the devices come with battery doors but none of the phones come with batteries. Physical Observations: The phones show signs of PHYSICAL wear. (please view our photos). A small percentage of the phones may have cracked digitizers and/or damaged housing.
